What is Cru Arriba Dark Chocolate 72%

Conventionally, chocolate is defined as being made up of cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, and vanilla extracts. However, PappaRich’s real dark chocolate varies on the ratio of cocoa mass to cocoa butter, creating a perfect balance. The Felchlin Grand Cru Arriba 72% is a chocolate produced in a small providence, Arriba, in Ecuador, from the Creole bean. Like most dark chocolates, the taste is more bittersweet and woody rather than sweet, and has the deep and bold flavor of cacao.

The first Papparich bun was introduced in Korea in 2007. The answer to our bun’s growing popularity is the balance between the mocha cream paste which is layered over a round dough and closely watched as its baked, creating a crispy exterior and the soft buttery interior.Read more
